We’re Mirko and Marion Dieseler — parents, coaches, and lifelong students of the game. TM17pro was born from our journey raising four soccer-loving kids across two continents, and our mission to help families navigate youth soccer with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
We’ve lived it all — from backyard games to elite academies, scholarships, injuries, and even professional contracts. One thing became clear: families need honest guidance — not guesswork.

Tariq Adam is a UEFA C Licensed soccer coach based in Toronto, with a strong focus on developing technically skilled, intelligent, and confident players. His coaching approach is rooted in European training methodology — emphasizing ball mastery, decision-making, and understanding the game under pressure.
Structured, high-tempo sessions that challenge players while keeping them fully engaged. He prioritizes a professional and disciplined environment where every player is pushed to improve — every single session.
